QuickBooks Subscription | We provide your Quickbooks Subscription. You will have access to your books via your phone, tablet or computer at anytime ($50/mth Value)
Monthly Business Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation | You can provide Accountant's Access or send us your QBO files monthly. We categorically organize your transactions and reconcile your statements.
Quarterly Financial Reporting | We provide you with a Profit/Loss Statement& Balance Sheet financial Reporting.
Direct Deposit to Contractors | This package covers up to 5 Independent Contractors and up to 20 payouts per month.
1099 Services | We prepare and mail out the 1099's to your paid Contractors. We also electronically file your 1099s to the Internal Revenue Service. ($75/mth Value)
Account Monitoring | We are not just entering and organizing your transactions, we will contact you if we notice unusual spending or account activity to keep ahead of any potential concerns at all times.
Quarterly Touch base Meetings | In person or virtual we go over your quarterly reports and answer all questions, fine tine processes, etc.
